Bo Staff Class Dates: Feb 20 & 27 | March 6 & 13 Get ready to spin, strike, and build confidence! This high-energy Bo Staff class introduces kids to the fundamentals of bo staff training in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Students will learn: Proper grips, stances, and safety Basic strikes, blocks, spins, and combinations Footwork, balance, and coordination Focus, discipline, and self-control Classes blend fast-paced drills, skill challenges, and movement patterns to keep kids engaged while building real martial-arts foundations. Emphasis is on control, technique, and respect, making it perfect for beginners or active kids looking for a new challenge.
