*Limited to 12 participants* The Total Athlete Training Series is a 3-week program designed to help young athletes ages 8–18 improve speed, agility, strength, coordination, and overall athletic movement in a fun and encouraging environment. Sessions will focus on proper movement mechanics, balance, injury prevention, and building confidence through age-appropriate training and competitive activities. Perfect for athletes looking to move better, play stronger, and build a solid athletic foundation for any sport.
